Introductions are in order...

Hello to the Steampunk blogosphere.  Of course none of you know me, well that is, except for the Mad Scientist herself, as I've never been akin to posting anything around these parts.  However, the sneaky little genius that she is, MS has inherently persuaded me to participate in this blog and it's future endeavors.

Mind you, it was no easy feat, convincing me to join in.  *drops voice* I'm not sure if you're quite aware, but there aren't too many men around these parts.  Well, men who are truly in existence and well...in more than just their trousers.   Not that I'm entirely adverse to doing away with my coat and hat and flouncing around in just my trousers, I just don't think we know each other that well yet.  Possibly we won't ever, but maybe the Mad Scientist tinkering around in her trousers has shocked the masses enough for the both of us.  Personally it's a quite a treat for me to see her in something so...close fitting.  But, as I'm not here to tell you all about what MS's backside looks like in a pair of men's trousers - quite lovely - I'll continue on with the introductions.

*holds out hand*

I'm Noah, and I'm The Victorian Punk - pleased to make your acquaintance.  Pretty clever if I do say so myself, and I do.  Fiction and Steampunk is my genre and although I may seem the dark horse of the blogosphere, I am actually the expert in all things thus related.  Hopefully with time I will be able to bewitch you all just as the brilliant Mad Scientist has done to me. Although, I do not deny that at times I may be a bit thick in the head, please keep heart and I will eventually figure out all this madness known as blogging.  And, looking at the whole picture, me thinks that there are quite a few benefits to being the lonely man among so many lovely woman - I may not be lonely for long.  *wink*

With that, I bid you farewell and leave you with 2 excellent quotes by the ingenious Oscar Wilde:

"If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh, otherwise they’ll kill you."

"Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

  7. *abundance of blushing*

How dare yee talk about my backside to the public!

This is an outrage, and to think you were a respectable man who could keep his thickness to a minimum and his snarky comments to his invisible dog.

    *whispers*
You really think it is lovely?

Now, I must say he merely kept topping of my tea begging to be apart of my ingenious laboratory until I begrudged him this one thing and accepted to have an accomplice. Which made me smirk and grin to myself. Because I think we would all agree I need and Igor. Why not have one worthy of my eyes to peruse when my lovely brain needs a quick recharge.

  8. Thank you all for the welcoming comments. I must say, it's nice to receive such splendid attention instead of the MS and her complaints. I hope to be able to bring a fresh opinion to the table as well as some havoc along with me and my reviews.

And MS, don't fret love, you'll get your knickers in a knot. I was just having a bit of fun. You've always known I had a bit of a loose tongue, so I blame you and your blog access granting for my words.

That being said, thank you a second time and farewell 'til we meet again.
